為慶祝119消防節，彰化縣消防局18日上午的表揚活動中，縣長卓伯源頒發獎牌，鼓勵績優消防、義消、婦宣人員及救難團體志工共186人。

彰化縣消防局積極落實防火宣導、救災及救護品質提昇業務，經內政部消防署評鑑，連續7年獲得全國第一，參加全國性比賽也屢獲佳績，讓彰化縣民生命財產獲得保障，縣長卓伯源感謝所有消防、義消、婦宣及志工一年來的奉獻與付出。

今年消防節共計頒發10類獎項，受頒人數共186人，其中特別的是在全國婦宣楷模鳳凰獎，全國僅6人獲獎，彰化縣溪湖義消婦宣隊分隊長黃妙慧就是其中之一；全國消防暨義消楷模鳳凰獎則是由二林分隊隊員蕭永楠獲獎，都相當難能可貴。
