標題[請益] 台積電的身心障礙類職缺

本人具有身心障礙手冊 前陣子有投遞台積電的104人力銀行 過了大概快2週收到台積電e-mail詢問面試意願 後來再次看了104上台積電的身心障礙職缺後發現 身心障礙職缺都是約聘一年的職缺 請問有知道原因的大大嗎? 個人是想過會不會是因為大多數身心障礙者流動率比較高? 或者是因為約聘人員就可以省去很多費用? (三節禮金、年終、休假等等~) 也想請問大家對這個職缺有沒有可能轉正職的看法 (萬一我表現好的話) 有人會知道台積電行政助理薪水待遇大概如何嗎? 備註：我應徵的是人資行政助理一職 謝謝各位！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.237.82.126
