每次我寫得清清楚楚,01就把我刪文?
怪不得01充斥著相同問題的月經文,又一堆網路謠言!~

招標條件就是有利紅外線系統,紅外線系統成本低,當然能標到,
也就是招標規格是為了中華電信+遠通都採用的奧地利EFCON紅外線系統量身定做,
但紅外線系統根本做不出多車道自由車流,所以"當初的"交通部裡就有人被關了!

1997年開始,當初國營中華電信給紅外線系統"精業"公司試辦ETC費用一億兩千萬元,<-藍色
2002年立法院看國營中華電信不對勁,不給亂花錢,改BOT公辦民營。<-綠色,但立法院是藍+綠色
2003年,遠通大股東之一(精業)賄賂交通部的官員,BOT由遠通得標。<-綠色
2006年2月10日,還在行政訴訟,當時的交通部就要遠通開始營運,一堆車開始裝OBU。<-綠色
2006年2月24日,遠通ETC通車沒多久,台北高等行政法院宣判遠通資格面臨撤銷,但可上訴<-綠色
2006年3月16日,前交通部長林陵三機要祕書宋乃午因變更招商之規範、偽造測試報告 ，並收取不當利益新台幣七十萬元，遭檢察官以貪汙、洩密罪嫌起訴。
