學校選購禽蛋應留存紀錄

教育部主秘王俊權今晚表示，禽流感疫情不斷擴大，教育部呼籲各級學校應慎選午餐食材，建議選購具屠宰衛生檢查合格標誌禽肉、及具CAS標章之蛋品或洗選蛋，並確實記錄、留存食材供應商及產品資訊。

此外，教育部網頁（www.edu.tw）昨天已成立禽流感專區，除公布教育部相關防疫措施，也連結衛福部、農委會等相關部會公布的最新防疫訊息，及防疫衛教宣導資訊。

教育部呼籲各級學校師生牢記「要熟食、遠禽鳥、重衛生」的防疫口訣，禽蛋均要熟食，因為禽流感病毒不耐熱，攝氏56度加熱3小時、60度加熱30分鐘或100度加熱1分鐘即可殺滅；料理生鮮禽蛋後應立即洗手，刀具、砧板也要澈底清洗後才能再度使用。
