北捷標租商辦　七張站與公館站本月8日捷標

【郭寶懃／台北報導】台北市捷運局日前標租6戶捷運聯合開發大樓，將於1月9日開標，包括捷運公館站與七張站，共有10標，樓層為2~5樓，坪數為455.2坪~3526.07坪，租金單價為每坪883元~1346元，截標日為1月8日下午五點。

捷運局聯合開發處副處長李政安指出，該次標租捷運共構大樓租售列別為文化創意商品服務，包括畫廊、出版產業、廣播電視平台、廣告產業等等皆可，且提供承租廠商各樓層產權面積的30%作為餐飲使用。
