母對幼子不聞不問　法院判停止親權

【張沛森／桃園報導】30歲吳姓女子2年前大腹便便在桃園地區的公園遊蕩，經警方發現帶回查出她失業又居無定所，通報桃園縣社會局進行安置；未料，她產子後就帶著兒子離開安置機構，3個月後被警方發現母子兩淪落街頭，且其子身上有多處蚊蟲叮咬痕跡及尿布疹，桃園縣社會局只好進行強制安置。
 
2年來，吳女非但對兒子(已2歲)不聞不問，也不願配合後續處遇事宜，桃園地院認為她嚴重疏於保護照顧兒子，也無行使親權之意願及能力，裁定停止親權，選定桃園縣政府擔任其兒子的監護人。
