請問禾聯連網電視50AC2有關"HERTV已停止!"的問題...

買了一台禾聯50 AC2的聯網電視,用了不到一個月竟然出現"很抱歉!HERTV已停止"的畫面!
把有線跟無線網路關掉就可以看數位電視
如果再把網路打開
又會跳出提示畫面
然後...變成黑影有聲的狀態
怎麼會這樣?
有那位大大可以幫忙嗎??
