已爬文，不過還是有不明白的地方需要指教， 公司談的是29K 我實領27K~28K 但薪資單上我的本薪是16K (其他是以津貼名目給) 我今年5/6到職，如果這兩天被資遣(假設12/13)， 我應該怎麼清算資遣費？(如果要認真來算的話) 我是要用公司談的29K算？還是本薪16K算？還是規定最低工資計算呢？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.83.64
