【游芳男／宜蘭報導】「哇！超大芋粿翹，第一次看到！」月彎形像筊杯，每塊長度達到1.07公尺，重量33台斤的超大芋粿翹，今在宜蘭五結保安宮亮相，令人嘖嘖稱奇。

超大芋粿翹是宜蘭社大學學習成果展之一，由五結鄉錦草社區志工媽媽們，第1次合力以30斤再萊米、3斤糯米及33斤芋頭等配料，經3小時細心蒸熟，並敬神拜拜後，分享給學做芋粿翹的學生們品嚐。
