標題[問題] 哪間蛋糕店用依思尼(Isigny)鮮奶油

一直覺得蛋糕好不好吃的關鍵在於鮮奶油 之前在台北工作的店用依思尼鮮奶油 非常好吃 所以後來也盡量找用這種鮮奶油的店家來嘗鮮 目前知道的有 ganache 格納修 但是他們家的蛋糕 幾乎所有可接受的口味我家都吃過了XD 所以想請問大家 有沒有別間蛋糕店也是用這種鮮奶油呢? 謝謝回答:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.153.225
