陳豐義銷毀檔案 監委未要求起訴

針對監察院秘書長陳豐義擅自銷毀檔案事件，幾千份堆疊高達160公分高的資料，許多都沒超過保存年限，卻被秘書處擅自銷毀，傳出監委李復甸、馬以工到法務部時，向接見的政務次長要求人方起訴東豐義; 陳明堂上午表示，監委確實是有為了陳豐義的案件前來，但是補正資料，並沒有提到起訴的事，由於法務部並非是偵查機關，他在收到監委提供的補正資料後，旋即轉給台北地檢署。
