輪胎氣門嘴大廠六暉控股(F-六暉)(2115-TW)擬定於明(5)日台股收盤後舉辦法人說明會。另承銷價暫訂為25元，有望在12月25日正式掛牌。

六暉在通過證交所審查後有望在12月25日正式掛牌，掛牌前現增股本擬擴充至6.76億元；承銷價暫訂為25元。六暉已擬定於明天台股收盤後舉辦法人說明會。F-六暉今年前3季每股盈餘(EPS)為1.22元，雖有匯損因素干擾但仍高於去年同期。

六暉董事長吳金鹿指出，在原物料價格穩定趨勢維持，明年營運謹慎樂觀，特別看準東協市場在區內貿易整合與內需市場成長動能而有產能擴充計畫。

據了解，六暉因應全球輪胎大廠正新(2105-TW)、建大(2106-TW)等農曆年前加速出貨需求，一季度產能與訂單全數已排定，同時因應市場變化與客戶需求正待董事會敲定增加TPMS氣門嘴產能擴張規劃與設備採購/明年資本支出金額。
