馬國少女罹象皮腫　長庚手術成功助「消腫」

【沈能元／台北報導】「這樣，我活著還有意義嗎？」馬來西亞13歲李小妹，近2年來雙腳不斷腫脹，鞋子越換越大，李媽媽遍尋馬來西亞所有醫師，卻都換來一句「妳的孩子是不能醫的」，讓李小妹心情十分沮喪。直到今年6月至台北長庚醫院，確診李小妹罹患下肢淋巴水腫，並於上月進行手術治療，才終於慢慢消腫恢復。
 
李小妹雙腿下肢嚴重水腫，最嚴重時左腿腿圍粗達53.5公分、右腿52公分，常被同學嘲笑。但進行13小時的手術治療後，李小妹雙腿腿圍已漸漸消腫，腿圍恢復到47公分。本周六將回到馬來西亞，展開新的人生。長庚醫院今舉辦手術成功記者會，李小妹特別謝謝醫院醫護人員的治療，李媽媽說：「看到女兒獲得治療，這是給女兒最好的聖誕禮物」。
