國民黨：撤黨籍有理 同民進黨程序

立法院長王金平黨籍案，台北地院今天首度開庭。王金平質疑國民黨未召開黨員大會，就貿然撤銷黨籍，有違反法律程序之嫌。

國民黨律師團發布新聞稿指出，所有程序都是依照黨內章程的規定，且黨員人數眾多，又分布台灣各地，考紀事件不可能都須透過黨員大會決議，民進黨的除名程序也是如此。

國民黨表示，王金平是國民黨提名的不分區立法委員，進而出任立法院長，但他身為國會議長，卻為柯建銘的刑事個案進行官說，破壞司法的公正性，以及人民對司法的信賴，對國民黨的聲譽字有重大損害；國民黨對此撤銷他的黨籍身分，並沒有濫用制裁權。
