【方翊倩／綜合報導】口腔癌應該是十大癌症中，最讓人膽戰心驚的癌症，也是最弱勢的癌症，不僅可能造成外表缺陷，還是青壯年男性最容易得的癌症，比一般癌症罹患年齡早十歲。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，口腔是人體比較特殊的構造，主要以黏膜與外界接觸，少了外表皮膚的保護，讓黏膜更易受到刺激，若細胞開始慢性發炎，時間一久就會纖維化，產生白斑或紅斑，形成癌前期病變。林口長庚頸癌團隊主持人廖俊達醫師指出，口腔癌的危險因子就是檳榔、菸、酒。以長庚資料分析，八成患者有嚼食檳榔習慣，三種壞習慣都有的超過一半，只有不到七%的患者三種壞習慣都沒有。
