劉政池竊占國土案 檢調約談國產署長等26人

士林地檢署偵辦劉政池竊占國土案，為釐清劉政池取得、變更國有土地興建「七七行館」過程，是否有官員涉嫌包庇、圖利，昨再大動作以證人身分約談包括國有財產署署長莊翠雲及前國有財產局局長洪寶川等26名前、現任官員到案。

苗栗縣長劉政鴻弟弟劉政池，因在北投山區蓋溫泉別墅「七七行館」，占用上千坪國有地當成別墅花園，還在國有地下方挖地道、闢建181坪大地窖，劉政池家族日前分別遭檢調約談到案。

劉政池訊後被檢方依詐欺、竊占、違反山坡地保育利用條例和公司法等罪向法院聲請羈押，但士院認為沒有羈押必要，裁定300萬元交保，並限制住居和出境。

檢調追查此案時發現，劉政池家族86年購入位在北投泉源路77號的工業用建物，當時買的僅是地上物，土地仍屬國有地，劉政池88年以次女劉冠余登記負責人的九冠開發公司和親友名義，向當時的國有財產局承租建物土地。

95年間，七七行館所屬的國有土地被國產局分割成16塊，劉政池家族即由其胞妹劉子瑩、長女劉冠廷等人，以優先承租戶資格低價承購國土。
