標題[請問] 一個跟使用者習慣有關的名詞

之前在看某個學術文章有提到 有時候你的新產品很好 舊產品的使用者也不一定會接受 不是因為你的新產品有問題 而且因為使用者對舊的已經養成習慣 不願意去改變了 記得這個現象有一個專有名詞 但是忘記是叫什麼 下了好多關鍵字也找不到ˊˋ 不知道板上有沒有神人大大知道的可以幫小弟解惑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.183.42
