減碳愛地球　體驗廚餘變堆肥

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】「廚餘掩埋作有機肥、再利用來種有機菜，減碳愛地球又健康」，宜蘭慈心華德福學校今天舉辦「食農體驗營」活動，學員們學到從土地到餐桌的意義與實際作為。

學員孫華表示，有機的就是口可好吃，廚餘變成堆肥，用來種菜是一舉數得最環保。學員陳雅琦則表示：「參加活動，原本是想學來教學生，卻發現其實廚餘堆肥很簡單，在家也能做，真是減碳愛地球又健康。」教導廚餘堆肥的老師穆傳蓁說：「用泥土、稻殼、雜草樹葉掩埋廚餘，只要半年即可成有機肥，再利用種蔬果，體驗人與土地關係是很有趣的一件事。」
