消費時間：2013/11 圖文網誌：http://yobooo.blogspot.tw/2013/11/caldo-cafe.html 先前曾造訪過的咖朵咖啡竟然默默推出抹茶甜點！ 抹茶舒芙蕾只有週六、日、一有推出，一旁附贈清爽的葡萄柚冰沙+楓糖漿。 膨度高，很不錯！內裡也是我最喜愛的濃韻抹茶色。 舒芙蕾的食用方式是先在中間先挖一個洞，然後倒入一旁的醬料，將醬料和舒芙蕾一起送 入口中享用。 但是我今天只想專心品嚐抹茶本身的風味，所以我僅是單純地挖掘感受著： 溫熱的外層，鬆軟如雲有蛋香，內餡濕潤綿細，有我最喜愛的抹茶香，若先捨棄楓糖，改 佐以桌邊的紅砂糖更是一絕，它不太甜，反而能更顯茶香，韻味深遠。 抹茶半熟熔岩蛋糕190元，搭配香草冰淇淋還有焦糖脆片。 溫熱扎實的蛋糕體，緩緩奔流的抹茶岩漿 ，香甜與微苦的融和，深邃又甜美。 Caldo Cafe咖朵咖啡 台北市大安區復興南路一段107巷5弄2號（靠近忠孝SOGO後方巷內） 電話02-2731-8023 營業時間： 週一到週五12:00 ~ 23:00 例假日11:00 ~ 23:00無公休 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.1.221
