前檔和大燈的問題~~~~~

小弟我的二手愛車(00年的Tierra)，最近下雨或是天氣較冷有濕氣的時候
前檔都好像有霧的情況，雨刷刷過也一樣，也不是車內的霧氣(都會開冷氣~~)
隔熱紙我想應該也不太可能，畢竟只裝了1個月的M40
早上視線還好，一到晚上被對向來車或是紅綠燈一照到就整個模糊不清
整個超可怕的~~~
想請問一下各位版大這是什麼問題??
還有市面上會有人幫忙換大燈的外殼嘛??
感覺外殼好像是因為時間久了都氧化了(霧霧的)
晚上照明不太足夠
也沒什麼時間自己拿工具處理(其實是懶~~~~)
不知道還找不找的到我的車型的外殼XDDDD
如果要換大燈的話該選擇哪一種的呢???
晚上.下雨.有霧的情況下視線比較好的
至於一些絢麗的燈就不太需要了
安全比較重要阿~~~~~~
