可以.雙wan的router就都可以,很好買 (GOOGLE找頻寬整合器也可以)
現在都很便宜了

至於

選擇A連接 吃A的頻寬
選擇B連接 吃B的頻寬

只能說.除非你dns分設兩個name 讓使用者自己去選
不然.原則上dns是1:1分配.所以會ABABABAB 這樣讓人進來
比較可行的是你買頻寬整合器比較高檔,它內建DNS還可以幫你分配比較不忙的那條線給USER

但是還是可以設定方式去分配..只不過是大工程了,設定檔會寫到哭出來..
這個一點都不建議
