酒駕誤停警用停車格　醉男自投羅網

【陳建緯／台北報導】新北市1名46歲黃姓男子，本月26日與朋友在大同區海產攤喝酒聚會後，凌晨開車返家途中，卻因不勝酒力把車停在路邊停車格休息，想等酒退後再開車回家。
 
1小時後，黃男發現有人不斷拍打車窗，讓他相當不悅地打開車窗，卻發現竟是警察要他出示證件。但是黃男心虛不願配合，這時值勤警員才告訴他，他把車子停放在派出所前的警用停車格，請他把車移走。這時黃男突然驚醒，但是他卻不敢移車，擔心被警員發現酒駕送辦。黃男只好開始耍賴，藉故拖延時間。
 
過程中，警員隱約聞到陣陣酒味，黃男辯稱在車上喝酒睡覺，但是黃男車上卻不見酒瓶。酒測後發現黃男酒測值高達0.56mg／L，黃男不斷向警員求情，希望警察能饒他1次。警方訊後仍依公共危險罪送辦。
