有跟這兩個代銷聊到，目前南平路應該就有三個建案，靠近中豐路那有個什麼東京晴

但是在路的後面，前面還有一塊是那個建案的二期，加上夢想家、美活市銷售中心

兩塊空地，以後全蓋起來那邊應該會有6個社區~~ 破千戶~~

這是代銷給的訊息~~ 但是小弟聽了也覺得有道理~~

小弟本身是購買夢想家，高樓層面66，辛苦爬樓梯上去，風景一個字"讚"

不是美活市不好，只是格局、建案座向不是自己喜歡，所以搂~~ 給您參考
