金管會今(28)日表示，已同意富邦金控(2881-TW)旗下台北富邦商業銀行向新加坡主管機關申請設立新加坡分行。

金管會指出，台北富邦商業銀行為積極參與東協國家金融業務，經評估新加坡政經及金融概況，以及我國與新加坡的雙邊貿易等情形，在當地設立分行，除可提供現有往來客戶更完整與完善之金融服務，並有助於承作東協國家跨境金融業務及國際商品貿易融資。

金管會說，目前在新加坡設有分支機構的本國銀行計有第一銀行、台灣銀行、華南銀行、兆豐銀行、彰化銀行、臺灣土地銀行、國泰世華銀行、中國信託商業銀行及玉山銀行等 9 家銀行。
