高市預售屋2+1房 空間放大至45坪

【陳建宇／高雄報導】近2年高雄市2房產品熱賣，主力多規劃23~30坪，但預售案「名發晶閣」反其道而行，規劃2+1房產品，坪數放大到45坪，讓室內個別空間更大，且位於三多商圈，預計開價每坪40萬元起跳。

近年因高雄房價上漲速度快，首購族多挑選總價較低的2房產品，主力坪數約在23~30坪，室內空間僅15~25坪，而「名發晶閣」則推出高雄少見的45坪2+1房，室內可達約30坪，放大實際可使用坪數，全案規劃2+1、3、3+1房3種格局，因位於三多商圈內，機能便利，預計開價每坪40萬元起跳。
