請教廚房中島拉專用迴路的方式, 怎樣才是正確的?

最近在研究新家廚房中島電器櫃的設計
我們新家是透天, 廚房在一樓, 地下室是不打算做天花板的視聽室
關於拉中島電器櫃專用迴路(需110V跟220V)的問題, 找了幾家水電廠商來看過, 說法分兩派
一派是說, 直接從地下室打天花板上來到廚房中島, 簡單乾淨, 也不會影響房屋結構
一派是說, 從旁邊冰箱的插座位置切磁磚拉電過去中島, 要補三四塊磁磚, 反正建商有多給, 沒什麼問題, 那種打天花板的作法是沒辦法可施時才會用的不得已手段

好像都講的有道理, 不知哪個才是正確的? 或者兩種都是可以的作法?
想請教板上有經驗的前輩, 謝謝!
