黃世銘彈劾案 會議召開有變數

（中央社記者葉素萍台北28日電）監察院調查關說、監聽與洩密案，監察委員擬彈劾檢察總長黃世銘審查會原訂今天下午開，消息提前曝光，是否如期開會有變數。

監委洪德旋、吳豐山調查關說、監聽與洩密案，已約詢最高法院檢察署檢察總長黃世銘、行政院長江宜樺、前法務部長曾勇夫及台灣高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌等人；監委原本想約詢總統馬英九，但總統府認為「不宜」而婉拒。

據了解，監委調查後認定，黃世銘涉違法將監察通訊所得資料與偵查機密，提供給馬總統等人，違失情節重大，主張彈劾。

監察院彈劾審查會原排定下午召開，由於消息事先曝光，審查會是否如期召開，還有變數。

洪德旋、吳豐山的手機上午都關機，其他監委表示，彈劾案審查會若在召開前就先曝光，通常會由提案監委主動提出或由審查委員提議改期，下次再議，但也曾有過提案監委堅持不改期案例。1021128
