泉順累犯 陳保基：2周釐清法辦或撤照

泉順在8月山水米事件後，至今又再違規3次，農委會主委陳保基上午備詢時允諾，全案送政風及檢調調查。民進黨立委黃偉哲認為，「粒粒皆辛苦，農委會不能粒粒皆馬虎」，應用最嚴格態度處分，「該行政調查、就行政調查，若不法、就移送法辦，或是取消公糧標售資格」，陳保基允諾，是否撤銷糧商執照，兩周可釐清。

泉順包裝米一再違規，農委會農糧署遭疑延宕公布調查結果、包庇糧商，在朝野立委要求下，農委會主委陳保基允諾全案移送檢調調查。

立法院經濟委員會今天審查行政院農業委員會103年度附屬單位預算案，並安排陳保基報告、備詢。他備詢時作以上表示。
