日前在路口開車與他人汽車發生車禍 我報完警後很快就有修車廠派出拖吊車來拖吊 我跟對方都有保第三責任險，在釐清責任後，保險公司也談好要怎麼理賠 當然也談好和解了。今天去拿車，要付修車費時， 車廠老闆突然跟我多要一筆托吊費 我說保險公司不是有免費拖吊嗎? 老闆說需要由保險公司指定的拖吊場才能免費 我保的的新光產物，每年保費約四千多，有免費拖吊服務 請問真的一定要指定的拖吊場才能免費嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.118.182.22
