菲律賓有線電視業者為了舒緩風災災民哀傷，振奮人心，在重災區「塔克洛班」架設電視大螢幕，轉播周日菲律賓拳王「帕奎奧」的拳擊賽。

菲律賓官員表示，「帕奎奧」的老家就在「塔克洛班」，他可說是菲律賓民眾崇拜的英雄人物，過去他比賽時，連政府軍與南部叛軍都宣布停火。這星期天，他在「澳門」出賽，菲律賓全國民眾都引頸期待。

當地最大的有線電視業者「天空有限公司」決定今天在「塔克洛班」架設大螢幕，轉播拳賽，以振奮災民人心。
