食安問題連環爆 宜縣：健康權為基本人權

食品安全問題連環爆，常民生活為了「三餐飲食該吃什麼」苦惱不已。宜蘭縣政府倡議「飲食健康權」，今天在金車國際會議中心，邀集前衛生署長楊志良等國內多位公共衛生、食品科技領域專家學者，舉辦公共論壇，主張「健康權為基本人權」，倡導「吃得安全，是一種權利」以及「向自然學習，重建人與土地的倫理」，政府有義務營造讓人民安心的飲食環境。

這項論壇由宜蘭縣長林聰賢主持，他表示，藉由這次的論壇活動，讓「宜蘭縣倡議飲食健康權」的公共政策充分與縣民對話，凝聚共識；未來，縣府也會將健康飲食觀念融入明年度「2014宜蘭綠色博覽會」的「食農遊戲區」裡，讓孩童透過遊戲，理解健康飲食議題。

目前，宜蘭縣正研擬「宜蘭縣飲食健康權自治條例」，計劃與在地飲食健康相關的團體與組織結合，推動食安、食農和食育，透過跨部門、跨專業的政策整合，全面落實保障縣民健康。
