前有流浪狗　標語提醒車輛慢行

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】水上鄉一處產業道路，常有流浪狗聚集，愛狗人士自掏腰包，自製「前有流浪狗，請減速慢行」警示牌，就是不希望無辜的流浪狗，命喪輪下。

水上鄉忠和村通往三界埔的產業道路，因地處偏僻，常有流浪狗出沒；幾年前，愛狗人士整理出路旁一處閒置空地，利用帆布搭建簡式避風處，讓流浪狗遮風避雨。當地民眾說，約2年多前，流浪狗數量遽增，愛狗人士憂心車速若過快，恐會撞傷流浪狗，便又自製、懸掛「前有流浪狗，請減速慢行」指示牌，提醒用路人，小心駕駛。
