太平洋健康美食競賽　70人搶總鋪師頭銜

【王文傑／花蓮報導】「2013太平洋健康美食大賽」今在花蓮台灣觀光學院舉辦決賽，共有10校70名餐飲科學生角逐冠軍總舖師寶座，主辦單位不僅開出三低一高（減油、減鹽、減糖、增纖）的菜單，事前還將食材保密到家，學生今天打開箱子才發現有鱘龍魚、野菜等在地食材直呼：「沒煮過鱘龍魚，挑戰性高，好刺激喔」
 
花蓮健康美食協會理事長梁清政說，學生在4個半小時內要做出9道料理難度很高，料理過程中還講究清淡、少鹽，是為了將健康概念深植學生心中。協會還將學生辦桌料理現場義賣，募得10萬元將捐助花蓮弱勢團體。
