看方格線會扭曲　當心罹患黃斑部病變

【張博亭／台北報導】有位107歲的人瑞林阿公，近幾年發現視力愈來愈模糊，原本以為是年紀大，但例行的健康檢查發現罹患老年性黃斑部病變，接受過7針新生血管抑制劑治療後，阿公已恢復健康視力，並在今天下午獲中華民國愛盲協會邀請看紀錄片《看見台灣》。林阿公回憶上次進電影院是台灣光復後未久，這次是睽違一甲子後再度看電影，意義非凡。
 
三總眼科視網膜科主治醫師張雲翔表示，如果不知道自己是否有視網膜黃斑部病變，可以利用簡便的「阿姆斯勒方格表」，「睜一隻眼、閉一隻眼」每次以單眼注視格線，如果方正的格線有扭曲現象，就是黃斑部病變的警訊。
