【動新聞】誤買凶宅遭拒貸　單親媽倒虧39萬

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台南單親媽媽莊明玉靠打零工每月2萬多元，為給3個小孩一個家，辛苦掙錢拿出8年的積蓄，標下大眾銀行釋出的法拍屋，付了45萬7000元的押標金，未料竟為凶宅連大眾銀行都拒貸款，因棄標致押標金被扣39萬元；金管會獲悉，罕見地發新聞稿，要大眾銀還錢給莊婦。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，頂新魏家買9戶帝寶，可貸99%，貧困的單親媽卻遭銀行「吃人夠夠」，大眾銀行為平息民怨，昨特別派業務管理部部長劉乃彰拜訪莊明玉，把莊婦已支付的39萬元債權讓渡給大眾銀。莊明玉與小孩全家人擠在5坪大屋子，她曾到公所申請中低收入補助，因未離婚且丈夫有錢有房，因此不符中低收入資格，只能靠自己辛苦打工撐家計、存錢。
