【詹智淵／彰化報導】位在廈門的祥順和經貿發展有限公司，一年多來向大統長基共進一千多萬元的橄欖油系列產品，如今爆發黑心油風暴，祥順和委託台灣律師蔡文彬向彰化地院提起民事訴訟，索賠約新台幣527萬元。

蔡文彬表示527萬只包含庫存貨品與名譽賠償，退換貨的損失等確定完數目後再向法院擴張求償金額。

蔡文彬說祥順和接受消費者一瓶退一瓶的要求，但大陸消費者退貨時常會要求2倍、3倍的價格，讓祥順和公司不堪其擾，十分困擾。
