最近找工作時在板上受益良多 很感謝每位前輩的分享^__^ 我是應屆畢業生 這幾天有幸得到兩份offer 不知道該如何選擇..... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 2 職務 XXX 小學的專任講師 (講出來很明顯，請讓我保密一下) 工作地點 台北 大陸 月薪 28K 35k 試用期-2K 其他福利 年終一個月+考核獎金 考核獎金 員工旅遊1500+公假一天 公司包住，不包吃 上班時間 打卡制 責任制 做滿8小時就可以下班 聽說時間大概是0800-2000 or 2100 公司規模 350人 100人 公司文化 辦公室氣氛很歡樂 感覺比較忙碌 同事年齡層差不多 但大陸那邊的辦公室文化未知 交通 騎車30mins 上班交通費由公司負擔 考慮的原因 這份工作其實很辛苦 我很喜歡教書這個工作 而且前景不高 而且又想到台灣以外的看看 Ex：現在28k，5年後可能只是30k 算是另類的打工渡假(? 此職業轉換跑道不易 有就學貸款壓力，希望賺多一點 其專業無法用在其他企業 公司最近一直在擴廠 雖然此工作跟本身就讀科系相關 有計畫會把重心轉到大陸 但其實興趣不大 未來擔任主管職後薪水更多(50K) 未來想轉行 工時超級長，而且周休一日 雖然寒暑假可以回台灣(機票公司出) 但都要在台灣的公司工作 以上，就是我的考量，煩請大家給予意見 謝謝：) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.25.44
