外遇搞車震被錄音呻吟聲　起訴

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園已婚范姓男子（34歲）和張姓女子（28歲）交往一段時間，2人今年3月下旬在車內搞車震，不知范妻在車內放置錄音器材，錄到2人淫聲穢語，檢方將2人依妨害家庭罪嫌提起公訴。

檢方調查時，范男否認，供稱當時和一名酒店小姐在車內，他知道車上有錄音器材，故意請酒店小姐配合演出。張女則坦承被錄音，她是配合范男，發出呻吟、親吻聲音，否認妨害家庭，檢方認定兩人犯罪事實明確，提起公訴。
