2013老屋新生大獎揭曉　Studio 94奪冠

【洪儷容／台北報導】2013老屋新生大獎今天（10/30）於台北市定歷史建築「黑美人大酒家」揭曉，金銀銅獎分別由「Studio 94」、「madL2文化空間」以及「臺北市市定古蹟北投文物館」獲獎，另由評審團選出「林五湖命相館」、「微客棧」為特別獎。

自2001年起開始舉辦的都市彩妝徵選活動，今年邁入第12屆，主辦單位台北市都市更新處今年以「老屋與居民共同生活、融合，找尋心台北厝」為核心精神，發掘精采的老屋再利用案例，共有55件作品投稿。11月9日將於得獎案件所在地舉辦導覽分享會，詳情可上活動官網。

金獎「Studio 94」的建築設計跳脫框架，創造自然與人群共生的新地貌。主辦單位提供

銀獎「madL2文化空間」由多位藝術家整理老屋空間並製作家具，與社區做文化互動。主辦單位提供

銅獎「臺北市市定古蹟北投文物館」建於1921年，2層樓純檜木的日式書院建築保存完善。主辦單位提供
