威力纖含禁藥 檢預計下午約談連惠心

菁茵生技公司產品「威力纖Plus」含有禁藥成份，檢調單位日前約談總經理和上下游廠商高層共七人，並以曾心怡違反藥事法，諭令二百萬元交保，限制出境。至於，產品代言人同時身兼公司股東的連惠心，台北地檢署也預定在下午二點約談她出面說明。

雖然連惠心日前在接受媒體訪問時，曾經坦承有出資，但強調沒有參與公司經營，也不知產品含有禁藥，不過，檢方仍要在她到案之後，逐一釐清只是單純代言不實，或者有違反藥事法的刑責。
