【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】法國多發性硬化症患者柯普，27日從海拔一萬公尺的高度跳傘，成為首名完成在聖母峰上空跳傘的殘障人士，他表示：「希望我的行動能啟發同病相憐的人」、「我想傳達充滿希望的訊息，雖然我有病，但我仍然活著。」

55歲的柯普（Marc Kopp）13年前發現罹患多發性硬化症，右半身行動不便，他在跳傘好手賈佛西（Mario Gervasi）幫助下，實現在世界最高峰飛翔的夢想。戴著氧氣面罩的柯普和賈佛西綁在一起，從飛機上跳傘，成功在聖母峰的半山一處平台降落後，立即送往加德滿都的醫院檢查身體。
