核廢料處置，馬總統向國外專家請益

馬總統今天接見放射性廢棄物處置國際研討會的瑞典、芬蘭代表時重申，「能源的安全就是國家的安全」，非核家園也是我國環境基本法的目標；不過核廢料問題，瑞典和芬蘭的經驗值得學習，兩國的核廢料最終處理場所，將分別在2027年、2022年啟用，瑞典在決定時還獲得高達八成三民意的支持。

馬總統說，瑞典是非常重視綠能、重視再生能源的國家，1980年曾經舉行過核能政策的公投，決定核電廠都要停止服役，而且不再建新的核電廠；但到了2012年核電廠仍然占總發電比重的45%，而且也並沒有廢核的計畫。瑞典政府在與民眾溝通方面，做得非常成功，使民眾相信這樣做不但符合瑞典經濟發展的需求，而且也能維持核能電廠的安全，值得台灣學習，他也向在場專家請益。
