陳良濬將出任退輔會副主委

總統府今晚發布總統令，行政院東部聯合服務中心執行長陳良濬將出任退輔會副主委，新職十一月一日生效。

陳良濬前年屆齡退伍，他曾任陸軍八軍團司令，國防部後備司令部司令，今年六月出任行政院東服中心執行長，下月將轉任新職。
