服貿開放翻譯業　綠：方便中國文化統一

【林修卉╱台北報導】台聯立委許忠信上午舉行「服貿開放翻譯服務業，便利文化統一」記者會，直指中資翻譯社將以雄厚資金大量購入翻譯版權，掌控翻譯作品的詮釋，摻入或竄改內容，傳達中國意識型態，並以「車同軌、書同文」的模式，對台灣進行文化統戰，方便中國進行文化統一。

許忠信還說，中國業者承接政府編譯業務，也可從中蒐集資訊獲取我國國家機密，將危及國家安全；至於智慧財產權和其他商業與專業文本，皆涉及高科技產業的關鍵技術或營業秘密，倘若開放中資來台設立或投資翻公司，如何保障其經手文件的資訊安全？

許忠信表示，中國翻譯市場註冊企業就有3000多家，以諮詢公司、打印社等名義註冊，但實際承攬翻譯業務的公司更多達數萬家，台灣小資本的翻譯及傳譯服務業者，由於成本高、用語不同根本很難競爭。
