標題[問題] TOSHIBA M840內建視訊、麥克風不能用？

廠牌:toshiba 型號:M840 購入日期:2012/12/11 距上次使用正常時間:應該是今年初 OS版本:W7 家用進階版 平常作業內容: 打遊戲上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 我的M840根本多災多難吧！ 前不久因為螢幕會花頻所以送修剛回來！ 到剛剛想說要開視訊來跟國外的家人對話， 結果視訊卻陣亡，麥克風也是！！！ 從裝置管理員裡面看，沒有看到內建的視訊鏡頭跟麥克風！！！！！！ 開啟TOSHIBA 內建的視訊軟體卻顯示： 「攝像頭置初始化不成功。可能正被其他公用程式使用或該裝置無法識別。」 這不知道是怎麼回事..... 打電話給客服，他說不知道要送廠檢測！可是現在人在當兵明天就回營了.... 不知道有沒有其他鄉民碰過這個問題？ 請問有何解？真的只能送原廠？ 怕是自己當初關掉，可是鍵盤上的特殊鍵又找不到視訊開啟的案件..... -- 快放人家回去~ ◢███◣ ╭─────────╮╱ ◤ ◥ ◤ ≡ ▕ ╯ 幹你媽的 │╲ 5566 > < ─⊙-⊙- ╮ 你馬子在我手上 │╱ ╭ ~●──●~ 皿 ▎ │ 不要他回去的話 │╲ ( ≡ ◣ ◢ ◣ ︶◢ │就立刻把56ID交....│╱ 多謝~ ╰ ◥ ◥◤ ◤ ╰─────────╯╲ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.16.236
