今年四月到了一家公司上班當業務 此公司獎金制度一季四個月發一次 終於等到要發獎金了， 公司卻說要先扣5啪的所得稅和2啪的二代健保費 例子：獎金100000*0.95*0.98=93100元=實質所拿 想詢問這2啪二代健保 是總獎金*0.02=扣除費用 還是(總獎金-四倍投保費)*0.02=扣除費用 因為公司是採用前項作業，是正確流程嗎?? 想詢問這方面的專業，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.74.156
