樂雅樂用頂新牛油　新北查流向

新北市衛生局今接獲台北市政府衛生局通報，聯夏食品使用頂新精製牛油製成「冷凍咖哩醬」，並販售至新北市「樂雅樂捷運徐匯店」製成「豬排咖哩杏力飯」，獲報後立即派員前往稽查，業者回應頂新油品事件爆發後，本月8日就已進行下架，並於10月9日退貨5.06公斤冷凍咖哩醬。
 
衛生局表示，今日查核新北市家樂福量販店、大潤發量販店、愛買量販店、松青超市、大家發等通路，稽查均未有販售聯夏食品冷凍咖哩醬；另強調，使用頂新生產8項牛油產品之廠商，應向衛生局主動通報，並於本周六午夜12時前自主下架後，向衛生局回報下架品名與數量。
 
衛生局提到，業者若發現產品有危害衛生安全時，應即主動停止製造、加工、販賣及辦理回收，並通報衛生主管機關，即日起仍販售經公告之8品項頂新牛油或同品項製售產品，將依《食品安全衛生管理法》，最高可開罰300萬元罰鍰。（陳威叡／新北報導）
