邱文達向黑心廠商宣戰

衛福部長邱文達今天表示，將向黑心食品廠商宣戰，衛福部會持續打擊不法，一步一步執行過去提出的新食管法。衛福部提出新食管法後，未來將重罰廠商，未來還會追究刑事責任，追繳不當利得。

他說，目前全台有163家油品廠，目前查了76家，未來衛福部也會鼓勵檢舉。
