初體驗　王郁琦：陸委會參與APEC官方活動

 【黃馨儀／印尼峇里島報導】陸委會主委王郁琦表示，明日「蕭習會」將由習近平先開場，蕭萬長再發言，大約5分鐘後就開始閉門談話，談話則由蕭萬長先開始，總共預估約30分鐘結束。

王郁琦表示，此次光是陸委會擔任兩岸事務幕僚的事，就是兩岸很重要的突破，且在實際參與官方的活動中規劃，並於過程中相互連繫規劃，具有相當的意義。

至於明天除了蕭習會之外，是否有所謂的王張會？王郁琦僅說，只有在蕭習會時會「自然的互動」，由於張志軍和自己都是幕僚，過去完全依賴海基會、海協會的互動，這也是第一次兩岸事務負責人在兩岸的場合見面，相當難得。
