會考比序 中投棄量尺改加權

教育部設計十級量尺分數，讓明年十二年國教免試入學大型就學區，比無可比時，可做為超額比序的項目，不過，台中市教育局認為，十級量尺分數並不好用，中投區改用加權方式解決比序問題。(陳映竹報導)

十二年國教今年上路第一年，免試入學最大的爭議就在於超額比序，為了解決明年大型就學區會再有難分高下，同分增額錄取的狀況，教育部在會考成績三等級四標示之外，再設計十級的量尺分數。

104年高中職入學簡章即將在10月15日公布，不過，基北區和中投區的簡章內容卻還沒有送教育部備查，基北區堅持把「比無可比」時才能使用的量尺分數，運用在中段比序排在第四順次，台北市教育局副局長馮清煌表示，有信心扭轉教育部的想法。

台中市教育局長吳榕峰則認為，十級量尺分數不好用，中投區改採加權並把志願序每十個學校算一個群組。

吳榕峰有信心，中投區的簡章內容教育部會通過。
